Hi DTube, hi Steemit,
today I had such an inspiring morning with some geese and after a simple breakfast with my nuts, seeds and coconut flour, I went to the Villa Sachsen, the centre of the Soka Gakkai International Deutschland, The buddhistic Center of Nichiren Buddhism in Germany (SGI-D), in order to chant there in front of the Gohonzon, the buddhistic object of worship.
Afterwards I asked a vegetable seller in Bingen, if she would be so kind and give me some fruits for free, and she did.
Then I finally realized, that I've already reached my goal, and that it's absolutely crazy to want to walk barefoot to Paris with all this weight on my shoulders.
I'm sorry if I have to disappoint some people or if still others will say "Didn't I tell you from the beginning", but the journey was for me and myself only and I've learned some most important lessons out of it, which I will tell you in my next vlog!

Regelmässigen Sport im allgemeinen da ist Laufen nur ein Teilaspekt und es kommt noch Radfahren und HIIT hinzu.
