Beim stöbern bin ich letztens über ein paar Videos/Fotos meiner bislang einzigen Katamarantour gestolpert. Die Catanoa wurde von James Wharram entworfen und ist 42 Fuß lang. Über einen Kumpel sind wir dazugekommen 2 Wochen mit dem Schiff Urlaub zu machen.
Ab 5:13 habe ich ein paar Bilder angehängt.
- Ach ja - falls jemanden die Musik nervt - einfach Ton abschalten - es gibt keine Audiokommentare. (sonst ist eh nur das Rauschen des Windes im Mikrophon zu hören)
- Ach ja ja: Kein HD - damals hatte ich noch keine HD fähige Kamera.

Nach dem Vorbild der polynesischen Zweirumpfboote entwarf er seetüchtige Katamarane mit offenem Brückendeck, deren Rümpfe flexibel aber sicher, nach polynesischer Art, mit Leinen oder Gurten fixiert werden und die effektiv mit einfachen, günstigen Werkstoffen gebaut werden können. Also do you have any plans to electrify this catamaran? I wish I had a different hull shape or catamaran to deploy my electric motors, batteries on. The James Wharram design is more agile and sea friendly as you are clearly bashing into the chop having an amazing sail. The only downside might be the load carrying capacity compared to a Bill O'Brien Catamaran.

It looks like the IPFS data was lost. So there is no file behind the link. I can't also change the IPFS link in this video with a working one (getting a Bockchain error)
