Does new year restarts events and fixes up bugs?

One might think that I’m being too hash in the first day of the year, well I wished I could, but not unti I picked my car key to help our family friends children back from their hotel room few miles away from home,

Being filled with all the joy of new year, singing along with my car stereo, all of a sudden I noticed the red warning ⚠️ light telling me that mam, you need some fuel ⛽️,

I navigated immediately to the route leading to one of the mega fuel stations, to my greatest surprise, I met myself in a cue miles away from the dispensary point, there I observed also that many spent their new year cross over night at the fuel station, these all happened so that they could secure few liters of fuel to travel back for the new year celebrations.

I said to myself that all these things is a mare tag given by man, which does not really matter, new year doesn’t really change things automatically, we’re the one to change our world irrespective of time or season, fuel scarcity in my country becoming so alarming, especially in every festive season like the one we have now.

What is the new year consolation from the government?

When it comes to centralized system, everything becomes more like propaganda, everything has turned political, isn’t strange that we’ve lived in a country where each new year comes to us in tough conditions, if our new year can be as tough as it is now, then how will the end be?

The simple truth is this, we must begin to tell ourselves the simple truth, the centralized system is no more the answer to humanitarian problems, governments must seat up and have genuine repentance, starting from individuals, then collectively.

New year doesn’t change the price of food stuff in the market, therefore everyone must seat tight and work hard 😓 for survival, nothing has really changed from the way it was in 2017, the only thing that changed is the calendar 📆 date.

WHAT ABOUT THE NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS?

Well, it depends on the individuals, but for me, the people that needs to be realistic to their resolutions are the governments, especially the ones that has made life so difficult for an average man in the country.

I don’t believe too much in setting new year resolutions because no one knows tomorrow, character wise, I advise the wrong doers to repent, we all are not always right and righteous, but the ability to make amendments when we notice that our attitude not in-line. That’s the best way for real resolution, resolutions are not in writing them down and in verbal expressions.

The object of a New Year is not that we should have a new year. It is that we should have a new soul and a new nose; new feet, a new backbone, new ears, and new eyes. Unless a particular man made New Year resolutions, he would make no resolutions. Unless a man starts afresh about things, he will certainly do nothing effective.

WE NEED A WORLD WHERE LOVE IS REAL

Love and compassion is the real resolution that I think we need, at least steemit blockchain has taught us some lessons on how life is established as a chain reaction, your help must come from another, likewise others help should also come from you.

I hope and pray for a better world for our children, a world totally different from what am seeing now, yes, even though that my mind is telling me that it can only take a miracle to be true as I wished, but that miracle is exactly what we need in our world.

LETS SAVE THE CHILDREN FROM PERIL AND SUFFERINGS

How we live today will definitely determine the fate of tomorrow, it’s no longer about us, but about these children that we’re going to leave here, how are we making efforts to heal this world from so many scars and injuries that man has brought upon this world, instead we are creating more havocs by infusing more abuse to nature.

Ask any parent what we want for our children, and invariably we say 'a better life.' To that end, we give our time, our sleep, our money, and our dreams, much as our parents did before us. We all want a better life for our children. But what we want for them ceases to matter if we leave them an unlivable world.

I believe that 2018 can go along way giving us that time that we need to fixed things that has really gone wrong.
