货币流向楼市减少

若发现理财产品突然提高了收益率，且还一直在走高，那就说明市场货币流量趋紧了，货币流向楼市减少，那楼市没有资金支撑，房价很可能出现暴跌。此外，房贷审批时间延长，也是房价将会下跌的一大标准。
