公积金余额是能继承的

公积金作为个人账户财产，可以作为遗产进行分配，如果缴存人去世，他的继承人或受遗赠人可以提取公积金账户内的余额；如果恰好缴存人无继承人也无受遗赠人，那么公积金的余额就会被纳入当地的住房公积金总额中，作为增值收益。
