父母买房,然后赠与子女

比如男方把钱给父母,由父母出面全款买房,再赠与男方。购买行为是男方父母,房产登记的是男方父母的名字,然后再办理赠与手续,受赠人是男方,这样房子也属于个人财产。不过,这种方式牵涉到房产赠与,要交的税费比较多。
