#22Kill is a suicide prevention non-profit organization that predominantly focuses on preventing the United States military veterans from committing suicide. Thank you @tydebbie and @davidke20 for introducing me to this challenge and eventually this organization. According to the organization, there are an average of 22 veterans commit suicide on a daily basis - wow, that number needs to be reduced.

恭喜任務順利完成。不過我覺得有義務要提醒年輕人,一定要注意用氣。記得每次出力喞時候係呼氣喞,肌肉先至容易發達。重有,如果用升高架,力度注重係拳頭上。冇需要太注重二頭肌。原因係每一次上升時自然已經運用到二頭肌。但系,如果將出力喞範圍集中係拳頭上,自然手部其他部位都會發揮到。架如果分得越開,胸拉得越寬。對 Lin 好大幫助。
最後,注意平衡。用升高架做掌上壓如果線手好容易甩膠。希望不久喞將來可以見到健美喞曾老公。加油⛽
