Pat Lost 340lbs Walking to Walmart | Ep 2 | Uncharted: Possible Pat Transformation Journey

I'm on my way to the apartment that I started my journey at a little over three years ago a good feeling to be able to go go here and retrace my steps except that you know knighted my fire - losing all the weight that I lost definitely a good feeling to have lost its weight and come back and take that walk to Walmart I remember doing these stairs and seeing 600 pounds and it had been painful not wanting to walk up these stairs every day especially with groceries especially coming from walking all the way from Walmart this is the route I took to get each and every meal the implements walk to Walmart I needed it I had to do it you know I couldn't have food in the house I would just sit around and eat so I decided I'm not gonna put food in my house I'm going to walk to get every meal as I knew I needed to exercise I needed to eat right and this was my motivation to do both I was hungry I will have to exercise I told we think about this walk and wondering what people were thinking about me why is this guy walking you know especially at 600 pounds man it's it's embarrassing just to be on public expense I'm trying to do something active one thing I used to remember about this walk my feet being swelling just this one walking this room now it's like there's nothing and it's brings back a lot of memories of pain remember taking this first walk and thinking about what am I going to eat what am I gonna get from Walmart that's going to be healthy I see just Google stuff on my way put my phone out listen to my music and googling what can I eat with his help came up with meeting vegetables once I got here and I decided I was going to stop for water once I made it here I just I knew I was almost done I was almost there I walked this walk by the air after that I got a car I was who had already lost 150 pounds I have my confidence started going to the gym after the first 90 day I would do what I can I was going there and fit on whatever machine I could fit on at the time still do some cardio maybe the pool play some basketball you know I was probably just taking one walk a day instead of three or four because now I was going to the gym I was working out I was you know getting in the mix I ate some walked by here not having my first meal yet to see a hot dog with cheese chips solders you got to stay mentally strong I'll tell you fight the temptation made it fertile think you got tuning in about six months off of my show it's one of you progress every week so there's over episodes last episode in this episode I settle slowly and got a lot of work to do but I'm not scared of no journey the yeah make sure you to the naree we can feel feeding gods on my progress sorry that you can take your body as far as wanted to go thank you you
