Gratefulness = Happiness
Did you know that so much of our happiness actually depends on how choose to look at the world? Yes, that statement is true!
Let's do some self-check, shall we?
Do you always found yourself cursing at everything?
Do you think life is hard?
Do you hate people, like in general?
Are you giving up on trying to fix everything?
When you choose your answers.. can you identifyvyourself to be either an Optimistic or a Pessimistic person?
If you are an Optimistic person, then Congratulations! Pat yourself at the back. Life has been hard but we are strong enough to get through it all.
But, if you are an Pessimistic person, don't be discouraged. You've been through a lot. All you need to make your day a little brighter and livable, is to know that you are breathing today, you woke up today, you are alive today. It may not be something huge that you want, but you are given this day to get what it is that you want in your life. You are given this moment to pursue what you want. Waking in the morning, opening your eyes in the morning is such a huge thing for you to be grateful for! The more you stay in that dark gloomy place, the more you beat yourself down. Get out and look for the sunshine.
Just like the picture above, it speaks perfectly on the way we look at life impacts our emotions, our happiness.
And the easiest way to start is by being grateful for this moment. When you are overwhelmed with the feeling of gratefulness, believe me, you will feel instantaneously happy! Give it a try today. Look for one thing that made you smile 😊
