This is wonderful . It will ensure a SMOOTH change in prices without people actually owning bitcoins. Whether bitcoin is considered a commodity or a currency does not seem to matter. It is going UP due to the laws of supply and demand. Economics 101. Supply is limited and demand seems to be going up all the time.
