I have had this song in my head many times, but I had to use ask Teh Googles who does the song, and I'm only 90% sure this is the version that I've heard the most.
This video is entertaining, though. For starters, it just might even be older than me. The lead singer does not look like someone a "spooky little girl" would be interested in whatsoever. He's got a real "creepy uncle" vibe going on in this video.

I love me some Billy Joel. I bought basically ALL of his album at a thrift store once, in excellent condition. It was definitely like a super fan had donated their records to the store. I got them all for $.25 or something like that. I've recently decided to have less things in life and have been selling or giving away all of my records, so some of his end up as freebies in packages when people buy other records. :)
