I'm just not going to get involved. I'd rather upvote content that I enjoy reading instead of wasting my voting power on taking someone else down. Then it probably means -100% of your 76.19% at that moment. Big accounts have the option to reduce that 100% for their up and downvotes.bbilgin (43)in busy • 7 years agoRE: Oh look, another flagging campaign. I'm just not going to get involved. Where did you see the (-100%)?outtheshellvlog (61)in steemit • 7 years agoRE: Can Steemit Survive Burning $65 Million USD in Author and Curator Rewards Every Year?No problem, I'm accustomed to dealing with far, far worse. I know a 100% or -100% doesn't take out all of your voting power, so I'm not entirely sure how that's split up.outtheshellvlog (61)in steemit • 7 years agoRE: Can Steemit Survive Burning $65 Million USD in Author and Curator Rewards Every Year? How this functions by and large is that large content (namely videos and images) are sent to IPFS, text data can also be sent and stored in IPFS as well. So the content gets sent to IPFS and IPFS…outtheshellvlog (61)in busy • 7 years agoRE: Oh look, another flagging campaign. I'm just not going to get involved. If you've set your voting power lower than 100% then no it'd be different. Flagging or Downvoting is always at 100%.steemitboard (66)in technology • 7 years agoRE: Falcon Heavy lift off today at 1:30 PM (EST) | FunFair showing off at the International Casino Expo!Congratulations @areaka!
