Hey guys. I just joined steemit. I'm still a little skeptical about this being legitimate but I thought I'd see for myself! =P
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
Disagreement on rewards
Fraud or plagiarism
Hate speech or trolling
Miscategorized content or spam
