Will China allow them to open in Japan or anywhere? Suspect to fill the vacuum, China's Gov't will create their own Chinacoin so their people can buy and speculate on them.

China closing exchange removes many crypto buyers from the market short-term. Wonder if Chinese people are allowed to open an account on an exchange outside China? Anyone know?

RE: China closing exchanges on Sept. 30 triggered the crash. More downside to go as Chinese sell cryptos to exit before deadline. Ethereum low $100's, Litecoin $20's, Ripple XRP .12 cents, Bitcoin $2500.
