RE: Introducing DTube: a decentralized video platform using STEEM and IPFS
Why 8 month later is Dtube such a fail? Many videos will not load. Not even a competitive alternative to YouTube. So unreliable it is unuable?
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
