Assalamualaikum warrahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Good morning, please permit the Commander to report. On Saturday (31/03/2018) at approximately 09:15 pm located in Front Dealer TVS Ds. Uteuenkot Kec. Muara Dua Kota Lhokseumawe has Died due to Electrical Crash (Work Accident) a Power Contract PLN.
Chronological:
In the days and times mentioned above, the Victim along with two of his colleagues are replacing the Arrester on Travo PLN in front of the TVS Dealer. The victim's job is to get on top of Travo and replace Arrester and two fellow victims to work under, Explosive sound and upon looking up, the victim is in a state of tension (stung Electricity) and immediately fell down.
Seeing the incident, the two fellow victims of lgsg lowered the Victim with the help of Personnel Piket Pos Sub Sector Muara Dua.
The victim was immediately rushed to MMC Hospital Ds. Keude Cunda Kec. Muara Dua Kota Lhokseumawe and declared to have Died by Doctor with Burn Injury.
