Hey, it's been very hard for me for the last few days... I've been hard drinking for the last 18 years. I was drinking about 3 60 oz of whiskey per week. Ill be honest, this is very very hard for me. Im proud to say that im doing day 7 right now! 😁 Alcohol made me so many problems in the last year. Was about to loose everything including my family, wife and my three beautiful kids.
Im starting to have less withdrawals after being medicated. Craving are still intense but I think about my family and this keep me strong. Still waiting to be able to go back home to my loved ones.
