Prior to this film, all the actors involved in it were working on the office office serial. Seeing the popularity of which, the film Mussaadi Office Office was produced. The film begins with a school master, Musaddilal, who is now retired. Which is very dear and straightforward principle. His wife is suffering from a disease that is being treated in the hospital. But due to his principled attitude, the doctors present in the hospital do not treat his wife properly, due to which he dies. Or to say that he was not treated properly for not paying bribe.
He goes to the Ganges River to immerse his ashes with his boy.

In his absence, people come from his government department to pay pension money, but he does not attend home. After searching around, it is known that he has gone too far and those office men get a chance to come back to grab the money of Mussadi, they divide the money among themselves and officially declare that Mussaddi Is no longer in this world. When Musaddi comes back and hears about the whole process, his mind gets confused. He then goes to the office where he is asked for evidence to record which records are dead to prove that he is alive and in search of evidence, Musaddi wanders from one office to another. During this time he has to face many problems. Many people, such as the people of the police department, have to give different answers. Being upset, the Musaddi adopts the path we call breaking the law in our language.
