🎥 Knocking on heavens Door
Release Date: 1997
This is one the of the movie you would definitely want to re-watch again and again, Knockin on heavens Door is a film directed by one of Germans finest director (Thomas Jann), and this reminds me of Gear's living on the beach.
A number of good films that opened at about the same time in the frenzy and reading of the Titanic have sunk. The same was true of the German film Knockin 'On Heaven's Door (1997). This movie actually wasn't received well by the audience and In just 10 days it was kicked off the screen. However, is there a movie that has been appealing to many movie fans for a long time since it was inversely proportional to that misfortune?
Martin and Rudy, the two main characters who have an incurable disease and have few days to live. Rather than die in a hospital, they escape from the hospital for the final joy of life. That joy is showing the ocean to Martin, who has never seen it in his life. And after many twists and turns, they finally face the sea...
The film of “Pleasant Sorrow”…
As much as how to live, how to die is the sweetest dialectic of life and death. The sea is a space of virtuous cycle, a natural history that intersects life with death.
After watching this movie, I felt like living by the sea. Of course, the view of the sea is quite different from the movie. After watching this movie, I felt like living by the sea, Of course, the view of the sea is quite different from the movie. When I walked along the beach for the first time with a friend of mine, I was eager to go back, but I was surprised to find myself slowly adapting.
Now that I live by the sea, I can recall Martin(The protagonist of this movie), who has never seen the sea in his life.
As the theme song, "Knockin' on Heaven’s Doors" was first released by Bob Dylan in "Pat Garrett & Billy The Kid, 1973" directed by Sam Pekinpa, depicting the life of Wild West gunman Billy The Kid. Bob Dylan also starred in the film himself. 'Knocking on Heaven's Door' was also widely known as an anti-war song to the Vietnam War.
Kudos to the two main protagonist as they were brilliant in their respective roles, well directed and am still confused how it didn't get to touch the hearts of most movie goers judging by the reviews.
The last scene of Knocking on Heaven's Door is one of the best scene, and Even if you can forget the Titanic, Knocking on Heaven's Door will remember.
Go give it a watch and grab some nice foodie btw.
