好多女人的脚一年四季都是冰凉的，在中医看来，脚离心脏最远，是全身阳气最难到达的地方，所以日常需要额外保养。

保养要点除了一年四季都要泡脚外，还可经常按摩脚底。双手搓热后，用两手掌轮流搓两脚的脚心至发红发热。每天将双脚跷起2－3次，平或高于心脏，有助于促进脚、腿部血液循环旺盛哦。
