Aam(Mango) season starts from May and keeps going until September. 

Aam(Mango) is the most vital products of Pakistan and India.

  4. Aam qabz kusha phal hai. Yeh pishab ke zariye se jism ke tamam fzlaat ka akhraaj karta hai. Agar dublay patlay afrad rozanah aam kha kar doodh piyein to woh raftah raftah farbah ho jayein gay.
  5. Aam balgham ko patla kar ke ise ba asani kharij kardeta hai. khansi aur damme ki takaleef door karne ke liye aam ka ptla ras pina mufeed hai. Aam Dil, Dimagh, Jigar, Mede, Gurday, Haddiyon aur Lungs ko taqat deta hai.
  6. Aam ka ras(jis mein doodh shamil ho) rozana pine se chehre surkh o sufaid ho jata hai aur jism mein naya khoon paida hota hai.
  7. Jin bachon aur baron ko parhayi ke doran yaad karne aur tawajjah karne mein diqqat pesh aati hai aam ke istemaal se in ko yaad karne mein aasani paida ho jati hai.   11. Aik cup aam ke ras mein 7 gm shehad mila kar subah o sham 2 time rozana piyein. Rozanah teen bar gaye ka doodh piyein. Is tarah 21 din yeh amal karne se TB mein faidah milta hai.
  12.  Jin logno ko pishab rukne ki shikayat ho woh aam ki jar(root) ka chilka, barg shisham aik tolah, aik kg pani mein daal kar josh dein. jb tisra rah jaye to thanda kar ke chini mila kar nosh karein. pishab khul kar aaye ga.
