The children's prison is the unofficial name of this nondescript building. On the right side, this place is called the Central Prison Service - the Center for the Temporary Content of Juvenile Offenders, or the receiver-distributor. Receivers-distributors received minors for the device and return to the family, children's and educational institutions, who need help from the state and society, as well as juvenile offenders. Through this institution, most of the homeless and neglected children of the Samara (Kuybyshev) region passed.
The building was abandoned in 2008-2009 due to an emergency condition. While in May 2010, not opened a new receiver in the village of Zapansky, violators were sent to Syzran. What will happen to this building is unknown.
