On the subject of Abortion. Our society has legalized killing a fetus when a pregnant woman acts to evict a fetus that’s invading her uterus. That’s her choice And I see no problem with being a libertarian and using force to remove an unwanted invader from inside her body.

BUT, being opposed to Murder I Personally don’t know how a doctor could ever become an abortionist and so I believe that God has a special place in Hell for the “professionals” who practice in this field.

What is most egregious to me is the late term abortions where a fetus is ripped limb from limb to be removed from the uterus.

So after contemplating these most difficult subjects for a while now, I think that we can start the conversation of fetal rights, with the powers that be, saying that by creating laws that grant certain rights to fetuses we deconstruct Roe V. Wade and the reasons why the court didn’t rule in favor of life before birth.

Namely that if the “host” decides to evict the baby that codified Law should state that it has the right (by this Statute granting it rights), to be “born” induced with dignity, intact, and that a doctor or a technician cannot tear it limb from limb to remove it from the uterus.

The baby should have a “right” to be born intact, even if induced prematurely, and at a hospital or clinic and that they must do everything possible to preserve and foster its viability outside of the womb to be put up for adoption if it can survive.

Modern Technology is rapidly advancing to the point where one day soon it might be possible to have machines that can take a pregnancy from conception to viability. Our laws should keep up.

The future may allow the turning of the abortion into a simple eviction case; granting the fetus rights to dignity, to a chance at life outside the womb to be given to other parents eagerly waiting to raise a child or more.

Ok, as far as I am concerned it is pretty much up to the woman.
My reasoning though is not on moral grounds, or feminism or anything like that.
The reason is, abortion rates have a direct correlation with crime statistics. I cannot remember the exact figures, but in the US crime dropped about 40% 16-20 years after abortion was legalized. Inversely, I think it was Romania had the exact same effect after they banned abortion.

It’s only the woman’s decision. But we can regulate how we treat the fetus as it’s being removed. My point being the future holds medical capabilities we’ve never imagined yet.
