A draft SCOTUS opinion was accidentally leaked today.

It was 6-3 and would dismiss Idaho's appeal and allow abortions during medical emergencies.

This was the case where the DOJ was arguing EMTALA allows abortions during emergencies and Idaho's total abortion ban would be in conflict.

The three dissents were Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch.

Gorsuch sure has been a disappointment as a justice.

Obviously like the Dobbs leak, things could change before it is actually released.
