Hi @smashbash - welcome to the community. There is some useful info in the "Quick Start Guide", which is in the main menu (in the upper right). There are a lot of posts there from the members of the community on how to be successful here :)

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
