Abundance Exercise - Applied Spirituality(tm)

When I was first working with the concept of abundance, I thought about things in this physical world where there appeared to be no 'shortage'. One day it occurred to me that there's no shortage of air. We don't have to gulp it all in in the morning and hope we've gulped enough for the entire day. Other things that came to mind were leaves on the trees, snowflakes, water drops...but the air one opened out another whole view of abundance connected with a simple breath. Try breath when you're looking at the appearance of lack whilst stilling your mind. <3
