Are you referencing people purchase more SP with new money rather then use the SP they have already accumulated?

Nobody is going to purchase more SP anonymously at $4.50 a pop just to flag haejin with. That's extremely costly. However if they would like to do that they could very simply make a new Steemit account and purchase SP and then delegate or flag with it.

I however don't think that majority of people have that deep of pockets or they would have already purchased SP for their own personal account growth!

To be honest, I don't know whole process of delegation because I never delegated or receive delegation. Just thought it can be done anonymously. Thanks for clarifying.

Delegating is not too hard. You can always get the sp back, but that takes a week to prevent voting with it twice. Its not anonymous, but I'll risk it

You'd be better off simply downvoting him yourself. It retains an element of decentralization.
