What if every account from minnow to whale had a an equal sized anonymous downvote a day worth 0.1 to 1SBD that could be used only for flagging the post abusers. Then as a team we could eliminate the problem. There are enough of us that care about the platform to make this work

    Bot-nets and multi-accounting dominate in systems like that. It would also further scare away fresh money investment.
