This is so wrong, I mean both sides are equally wrong. One is selling his likes while the other is basically exploiting the system to pay himself. Steemit is such a great idea but this type of greedy behavior damages the whole community. Whales are only liking other whales posts regardless of content quality or value to the whole community.
