2 months ago I wrote a post about what I though was another situation of abuse in the Steem Blockchain.
I found some suspicious looking activity between two accounts: @storcogato and @nomadinsoco.
I thought that the latter was a secondary account of the former one, as a way to drain the reward pool without having to self votie.
Now about 2 months later the situation is still the same, @storcogato is upvoting every comment from @nomadinsoco.
And not just that... there´s more, now @nomadinsoco is also self voting every one if its own comments. Fishy enough?
Also, before the account @nomadinsoco was created, @storcogato used to self vote his own comments like there was no tomorrow, so... you do the math.
For me it is pretty obvious that this is just a way to greedily abuse Steemit, trying to get the most out of it for your own benefit and giving very little back to the community. I think stuff like this is to be discouraged before more and more people come into the platform with those intentions.
We as a community need to keep Steemit free of abusers and the way to do so is by having people reporting abusive activity, and having big accounts flagging it. This way we aim for a healthy and fair growth of the platform, making it clear for outsiders that cheating is frown upon and will get you nowhere.
Now lets see some evidence that back me up:
Again, I hope to be contributing to the community with this post. My intentions are good and for the benefit of the platform.
