Good Idea and Indeed a fair scenario I think.
Your posts and comments will be hidden if they are down voted to a negative score. :) That will make you think twice before doing anything.. :)

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
