Adventuring through a different more wild part of the hood we found a house we can see from our house, which seems to be a shed. This is how many properties start, with a shack to hold tools and materials. First things first, a view spot! Would love to own a place like this.

Owning mexico is indeed allowed for american's maybe you are confused.You may be thinking of the law that many central and south american countries have that prevents non citizens from owning land near the coast or the border. Its not a unusual law for the region and has historical purpose from a statist perspective. That law does now prevent foreigners from owning land with a bank trust......so much of the land near the coast and border is owned by foreigners anyway.....
