Considerations for Scaling GPU-Ready Data Centers Technical Overview
Enterprise and hyperscale data centers are increasingly being built around workloads using AI and deep neural networks (DNNs) with massive amounts of data. The level of computation required is significant—and would benefit greatly from the power of GPUs. Data centers that support GPU servers provide much higher efficiency and performance, use less power for advanced workloads, and require less floor space.
Learn the best practices for making a data center “GPU-ready,” with a focus on power, cooling, and architecture, including rack layout, storage, and system and network architecture. By exploring computationally intensive workloads on NVIDIA® DGX-1™ and NVIDIA® Tesla® V100 GPUs, this paper will guide you through how to minimize spend and how to run today’s advanced workloads at scale.

To enter this promotion, you must (a) attend ISC 2018 in Frankfurt, Germany, and follow the following guidelines of the sweepstakes. Visit a partner booth (as indicated on the NVIDIA show brochure) and ask about their NVIDIA Volta based solution or how they are fueling breakthroughs with NVIDIA Volta. Collect a raffle ticket at each booth you go to and drop them off at the NVIDIA Booth to be entered into a drawing. To increase your chances, you can tweet about your favorite NVIDIA ‘moment’ at ISC 2018, such as a demo or theater session you enjoyed. You must hashtag #ISC18 and tag @NVIDIAEU on Twitter. Each entrant will be allowed multiple direct entries. All entries must be received in person (dropped into box) by no later than 4 PM on June 26th, 2018 Central European Time Zone (for that daily drawing) and 4 PM on June 27th, 2018 Central European Time Zone (for that daily drawing).
