You are NOT HIRING UNEMPLOYED for the following reasons:

  1. You are short-sighted and close-minded
  2. You are afraid to be different
  3. You do not understand that employment status means nothing - the founder of Whatsapp could not get a job because of his employment gap of 1 year, so he founded Whatsapp
  4. Caring for a child or a loved one, or to pursue a degree is not a gap - it is a hard work.
  5. Some of the best talent out there has been benched by the job market because they can not get their first job, or are considered overqualified because they are over certain age.
  6. You do not value loyalty - because when you hire an unemployed candidate, you get their loyalty instantly

People who are not working are very eager to get a job and to keep it.
They are highly motivated, and will give you their utmost loyalty, dedication and hard work.
