Four-year-old Sydney girl dies after drowning in bath

A young girl has died in hospital after being found unresponsive in a bath in Sydney’s west.

Emergency services were called to a home in Bellerive Close, West Hoxton just after 6.15pm yesterday after a four-year-old girl was found face down in a bath.

Paramedics performed CPR and rushed her to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition but she died shortly after arriving.
