Bunga jarum merupakan salah satu bunga hias yang terdapat di halaman rumah, bunga jarum ini sangat mudah untuk di lestarikan, akan tetapi di zaman now bunga jarum sudah jarang di temukan, karena para pecinta bunga, seperti ibu rumah tangga lebih memilih bunga - bunga jenis yang lain karena di anggap lebih indah dari pada bunga jarum.
Ternyata bunga jarum ini ada manfaat juga bagi kesehatan,.manfaatnya ada yang mengatasi terlambatnya datang bulan pada wanita, bisa mengobati luka memar ( luka yang di akibatkan benturan keras), bisa mengatasi wasir, ada juga menjadi obat yang mengatasi tekanan darah tinggi, dan mengurangi rasa nyeri akibat kram pada betis.
