The name of this food is Kuah Tuhe. This title is in the Aceh language. Kuah Tuhe is a traditional food from Aceh Utara.
This food is made from sticky rice cooked and mixed with coconut juice and boiled potatoes and jackfruit.
This food was once served on the anniversary of Islam. But now start selling in a number of stalls in Aceh.
