Hijrah, a Process of Self-Change

The first path to the god is the hijrah.
begins with changing physical appearance, and becomes rigid in religion, because it's the easiest to do, and it's good. But it's all the beginning of the road, not the end of the road, and the road is arguably the way that people who improve, only the elect will not go this way, and that's very little.
Hence if there are people who are rigid in religion do not be ridiculed. But guide them, tell them next there is another stage that should be climbed. Over time they will become aware and become gentle in religion and of course focus more on the change of heart and behavior.
The first change: entering the door of change, by making physical changes
The second change: enters the change of jawarih / limb (deeds), away from the unlawful acts
The third change: enters a change of heart, by avoiding disgraceful character
The fourth change: to enter the change of sir (the deepest thing of the heart, to stay away from everything other than God in the heart
Examples of changes to cover aurat
Physical changes: covering the nakedness
Changes to jawarih: to close themselves from unlawful acts
Change of heart: close the heart of disgraceful morals
Changes sir: close the heart of something other than god
Examples of changes to say hello
Physical changes: say Salam
Change jawarih: avoid yourself from doing something contrary to the greeting (peace) like away from making chaos
Change of heart: spreading morality from the greeting, by spreading the truth
Changes sir: feel the greeting in the depths of the heart, and filled with as-salam (god, because one of the asmaul husna is assalam)
Quote this example to another from the command or the prohibition of god
Of course guiding them not by bully them, it just makes them harder. Although I realize that people who bully them usually they are far from the science of tarbiyah although they always quote the beautiful words ahlut thariq. Even feared we never even feel the pleasure of hijrah or even have never felt the joy of way salikin, be careful if we have to die in this situation.
