Learning evaluation is an on going process of gathering and interpretation of information to assess the decisions made in designing a system of learning. Evaluation is a continuous process, before, during and after the process of teaching and learning. The evaluation process is always directed to a specific purpose, namely to get answers about how to improve teaching. Evaluation of the demands the use of measuring tools to provide accurate and meaningful to gather the information needed to make informed decisions. Evaluation with regard to the process associated with the collection of information that allows us to determine: the level of advancement of teaching, learning objectives and achievement how to do well in the coming times.

The purpose of the evaluation study is to determine the number of progress or results of learning in students which include measurements (quantitative) and assessment (qualitative). In addition, the purpose of the evaluation as the placement of students into the teaching and learning situation is appropriate and in accord with the level of abilities, interests and various characteristics, as well as feedback for teachers, which in turn can be used to improve the teaching and learning process and remdial program for students.
