Gule Pliek in general is a typical dish from Aceh

The following is the weave :

  • Ingredients For Vegetable :
  1. Leaves Melinjo (Gnetum gnemon Linn)
  2. Long Beans
  3. Young jackfruit
  4. Eggplant
  5. Seed Melinjo (Gnetum)
  6. Coconut milk
  7. Pliek U 3/4 glass (Special seasoning)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Prawns 1/4 kg
  • Seasoning milled :
  1. 5 Red chilli
  2. 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  3. Coconut unroasted 2 1/2 tablespoons
  4. 5 Red onion
  5. 2 cloves garlic
  6. ginger 1 cm
  7. 20 Cayenne Pepper
  8. Turmeric which has been crushed 1 tsp
  9. 1 teaspoon coriander
  10. Pepper 1/2 tablespoon
  11. Tamarind 4 pieces
  • Seasoning Chopping
  1. 9 green chili
  2. 3 Red onion
  3. 2 stalks lemongrass
  4. Lime leaves 2 sheets
  • How to cultivate it :
  1. Unroasted pliek u (a special seasoning) over low heat until fragrant smell
  2. Add 1 cup of water after boiling filtered (drained)
  3. Blender special seasonings and simmered had earlier
  4. Boil the fruit melinjo (Gnetum) and young jackfruit who had a small cut until tender then lifted and then discard the water boiled
  5. Shrimp boiled until tender and then appointed then discard the water boiled
  6. Milled spices until smooth and chopped condiments bed
  7. Squeeze the coconut until it becomes thin coconut milk
