Gule Pliek in general is a typical dish from Aceh
The following is the weave :
- Ingredients For Vegetable :
- Leaves Melinjo (Gnetum gnemon Linn)
- Long Beans
- Young jackfruit
- Eggplant
- Seed Melinjo (Gnetum)
- Coconut milk
- Pliek U 3/4 glass (Special seasoning)
- Salt to taste
- Prawns 1/4 kg
- Seasoning milled :
- 5 Red chilli
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
- Coconut unroasted 2 1/2 tablespoons
- 5 Red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- ginger 1 cm
- 20 Cayenne Pepper
- Turmeric which has been crushed 1 tsp
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Pepper 1/2 tablespoon
- Tamarind 4 pieces
- Seasoning Chopping
- 9 green chili
- 3 Red onion
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- Lime leaves 2 sheets
- How to cultivate it :
- Unroasted pliek u (a special seasoning) over low heat until fragrant smell
- Add 1 cup of water after boiling filtered (drained)
- Blender special seasonings and simmered had earlier
- Boil the fruit melinjo (Gnetum) and young jackfruit who had a small cut until tender then lifted and then discard the water boiled
