There is a large dragonfly and there is also a small dragonfly shaped like a needle, there are some people call it a dragonfly needle. In scientific language, this dragonfly is called ischanura senegalensis,. The needle dragonfly belongs to the order odonata and sub-order zygoptera. This dragonfly can be classified by style and color but for the type of needle dragonfly, its size is the same color that distinguishes them

This type of needle dragonfly is usually often found around ponds, swamps, ponds and rice fields. Dragonflies usually come out during the afternoon, they fly through the flow of water or waterlogged areas. The uniqueness of them is a very large and so beautiful eyeballs, the color that covers the body is so elegant that we will be fascinated by the beauty of this insect. Indeed small size but will not cover its beauty. To immortalize the dragonfly, the camera phone is not an option to get the image of this dragonfly unless we add a macro lens in front of it so we can take the picture from a very close distance even almost touch the dragonfly.

This dragonfly I took the picture while he was eating his food, it turns out the dragonfly is a predator for other small insects. I see his prey swallowed alive before without killing first. The very strong grip of his leg must be for the prey to release himself from the predator.

A little cricket is being made into his meal, I see the cricket still alive as he eats it. For me this is a wonderful opportunity to immortalize his image because he is careless while eating and we can get closer to taking pictures.
