Hai steemiaannss.. happy holidaaaay.. how your holiday doing for? In this post, i would tell you my cooking experiece.
So the first time, i was going to tradisional market near my Home, “pasar inpres” its called. I think tradisional market in whole Indonesia are same, always crowded.
I would to make “oseng-oseng tempe” and “orak-arik sayur”, i don’t know the make of English but in the Java is called that.
So i was buying the ingredients. Its not too much the ingredients, such as Chili, paper, tempe, carrot, oyster sauce, etc. I had just 10 minutes to buy those ingredients.

When i arrived at Home, i would to prepared all ingredients. The first time i cooked “oseng-oseng tempe”, the ingredients are:
- Tempe
- Chili
- Onion
- Read onion
- Pepper
- Oyster sauce
- Salt and sugar
How to cook:
- Sliced tempe, Chili and onions. The dosage whatever you want, its up to you.
- Stir fry they onions until its brown.
- Put in chilis over there.
- And then, put in tempe and stir fry.
- Put in oryster sauce and soy sauce and add a few water.
- Don’t forger to add the salt, sugar and pepper (don’t use MSG, its not healthy)
- And then waiting until its done.
After that, i had cooked “sayur orak arik”, the ingredients are: - Cabbage
- Onions
- Carrot
- Eggs (2)
- Salt, pepper and sugar
How to cook:
- Slice the cabbage, carrot and onions. Wash the cabbage and carrot. The items are What you want, one and tuwo carrot its up to you.
- Fry the onions until brown, and then put in cabbage and carrot.
- Put in 2 eggs and and mit together with cabbage and carrot.
- And the put in sugar, pepper and salt. Stir fry until its done.
This is it, “oseng-oseng tempe” and “sayur orak arik”ala chef Fiona🌟🌟
Thats simple way to cook, but the taste are hmmmmmmm delicious, amazing, and its very tasty and its so caramelized when you eat this tempe..
evidently, cooking makes own happiness..
