Ramadan has passed, Takbir echoed throughout the soil surface and song from every mosque of Aceh right now.
For the people of Aceh, fasting is healthy. Fasting that run for 1 full month like burn fat in human body. By fasting, humans seem to dismantle the "sediment" and molecules due to excess energy that continues to accumulate throughout the year. Various studies have shown a significant reduction in some metabolic parameters, such as weight, cholesterol and so on.
I want to focus this paper on the influence of Ramadan on the human body.

our fasting tradition in Aceh, we eat together
To be honest we are certain to lose weight on the end of Ramadan compared to the beginning of the arrival of ramadhan. If we do not have time to weigh, surely you feel the clothes become a little loose or watches become more lax. because we eat only twice or stay three times during Ramadan.
The challenges for us who face fasted begins with the coming of Shawwal month which is usually "become a vengeance event" for a great person. Indeed, in my opinion, one of the successes through Ramadan is how long that person can withstand his desire not to overeat. We do not want the results of our fasting is useless right?
I have some good tips for you to get maximum result of fasting people in healthy way when syawwal come, it is not really good tips but workly. Let's chek it out.
1. When the morning of syawwal, do not be crazy to eat early like meat, try to consume food that low density of food and drink without calories. Low density foods are foods that have less energy than weigh. Usually, these foods contain lots of air and fiber, for example vegetables, fruits, and clear soups. While high density foods are foods that contain a lot of calories even though they weigh less, this type of food contains lots of fat or oil, a little water and fiber, for example cakes, biscuits, sugar, cheese, nuts or mayonnaise.
2. Try eating on time, do not eat or drink Syirop Cap Patoeng all day. Give time 3-4 hours pause between the time you eat and drink.
3. Try to set the balance of calories from foods that enter to your body, so keep doing physical activity so that some of the calories you enter can be used the body. If you are exercising regularly, still share your workout with other activities such as rest but if you do not exercise regularly multiply your active time, for example by walking on road, cleaning your house for raya, or washing your car at least 30 minutes to prepare your homecoming (pulang kampong).
4. If possible, keep your body fit by fasting, running or exercising. In addition, you can start back into the gym, or work out futsall while starting office activities again.
Conclusion
For the Aceh Crews - cheer up the day of our victory, may our charity worship in Ramadan received by god. But do not get too far without estimation to stay keep up your healthy, and the last is keep steem on. haha
