Betapa sedih dan piluh hati kita jika kita mendapatkan perlakuan tidak adil dalam pekerjaan kita, "yang salah bisa menjadi benar dan yang benar bisa menjadi salah karena keputusan subjektif atasan"

- Libatkan pihak ketiga yang netral
Bisa jadi pimpinan sedang tinggi emosinya sehingga sulit untuk mendengarkan masukan, jika di rasa ada pihak ketiga yang bisa membantu maka mintalah bantuannya agar situasi yang harmonis tetap terjaga dan situasi segera ditangani

- Dalam memberikan feedback atau umpan balik sampaikan informasi deskriptif dapat dipertanggungjawabkan berdasarkan fakta, ekspresikan pendengaran dan perasaan kita terhadap fakta tersebut. Berikan umpan balik dan sekaligus solusi yang kita harapkan dapat di ubah. Cara ini akan dapat menghindarkan dari kesalahan. membuat kita lebih di respek oleh pimpinan
- Kuat-kuat memegang fakta dan keyakinan dalam menyampaikan umpan balik dan harapan kita, namun lakukan dengan cara yang serius dan hangat, tidak menunduh, tidak berpihak, tidak memojokkan dengan demikian kita tetap seimbang begitu juga dengan pimpinan yang diberikan masukkan atau feedback
- Buat dokumentasi hasil kerja kita ada buku catatan harian komunikasi kita dalam bekerja yang merekam semua bukti-bukti kerja kita lengkap dengan laporan harian kerja, foto kunjungan lapangan yang detail dan akurat sehingga kita mempunyai data atau fakta kepada atasan jika suatu saat atasan salah paham untuk kesalahan yang bukan kita buat
