To commemorate this terrible tragedy, in 2009 the Aceh Tsunami Museum was built in Banda Aceh City. This museum was designed by Mayor of Bandung (2013-2018) Ridwan Kamil. The museum is built with a structure of four floors with an area of 2500 m² of curved walls covered by geometric relief.
In it, in one of the walls were written the names of the victims of the tsunami, with the ending of praising Allah. For the victims who died, we say al Fatihah to them. May Allah forgive and give the best place one day.!
