Resep Es Tusuk

Es GOGO adalah salah jajanan favorit Anak-anak di sekolah, terutama bagi anak-anak di sekolah dasar.
Berikut saya bagikan resep cara membuat es GOGO yang bisa anda coba di rumah. Dan membuat sendiri di rumah lebih aman bagi kesehatan anak karena bahan-bahannya kita pilih sendiri dan tidak mengandung bahan-bahan yang berbahaya seperti pengawet dan pemanis buatan.

Berikut inilah resep pembuatan es GOGO.

Bahan-bahannya :
-Santan (diremas dengan air masak)
-Tepung maizena
-Gula
-Garam
-Bubur kacang hijau
-Nasi ketan hitam
-Bubuk coklat
-Saus cokelat

Proses Pembuatan.
Making Process.

Masukkan santan kedalam kanoet (alat memasak seperti di gambar)

Kemudian masukkan gula
Then enter the sugar

Masukkan tepung maizena
Enter cornstarch

Tambah sedikit garam
Add a little salt

Kemudian dimasak sambil terus diaduk.

Bagi ke dalam 3 mangkuk
Devide into 3 bowls

Tambahkan bubur kacang hijau, bubuk coklat dan nasi ketan hitam.
