Hello Friend! This time I want to share a little about how to cook meu seukat cake which is a typical cake of Aceh.

The Meuseukat cake is a traditional cake from Aceh. Meuseukat has a dodol-like shape with soft texture and has a sweet taste and a bit sour because it uses a squeeze of lime juice and pine apple so some people call it a typical pine apple lunk head.

How to Make a Meuseukat Cake Typical Aceh:
The first step, peel the pine apple fruit then wash.
After that grate pine apple, wring out and take the water.
Then, squeeze the orange and mix with the pine apple juice earlier
Then Filter orange and pine apple juice, set aside
After that, heat the frying pan and cook water, then put the flour and orange juice and pine apple.
Stir constantly until boiling.
After boiling the butter input.
Stir constantly until the dough has thickened and solid. Lift.
