Flower mace is mostly found in mainland China. How to use lawang flower in cooking is by way of stir-fry with seasoning first, then cooked with meat until cooked, after the mace flowers will emit a sharp and savory Fragrance.

When using this flower mace do not have much, because it can make the food taste bitter if too much.
