Banda Aceh (Antaranews Aceh) - The Government of Aceh through the Office of Culture and Tourism showcased the variety of tourism, especially adventure tourism in the event "Deep & Extreme Indonesia 2018" which lasted until March 11, 2018 at the Convention Hall of America.
Head of Disbudpar Marketing Division of Aceh Rahmadhani in Banda Aceh, Saturday, said the Deep & Extreme 2018 is an event for Aceh to promote a variety of tourism from the western tip of Europe.
"In the event of Deep & Extreme Indonesia 2018, Aceh promotes various tourism potentials of Aceh, especially adventure or adventure destinations," Rahmadhani said.
In the event of Deep & Extreme Europe 2018, Tourism Office of Youth and Sports (Disparpora) Southeast Aceh Regency as well as related institutions and other tourism industries also took part
According to him, Aceh's participation in various national and international exhibition events involves district / city government, related institutions and other tourism industries as an effort to increase the selling value of Aceh tourism.
"At the exhibition, Aceh also sells various adventure tour packages to tourists, both archipelago and foreign tourists," he said.
In addition to tourism promotion, said Rahmadhani, Disbudpar Aceh also promotes Calendar of Event (CoE) Aceh 2018. The event calendar informs all tourism agenda held throughout 2018 in Aceh Province.
Rahmadhani mentioned a number of tourism activities in CoE Aceh 2018 including Aceh International Marathon, Tour de Leuser, Surfing Championship, Rafting Championship, International Freediving, and others.
"With the promotion of various tours, including tourism adventurers are expected to increase tourist lord to the province of Aceh," said Rahmadhani.
