Achievement 1: MY INTRODUCTION POST

Hello everyone, I am super excited to join this community. I heard about steemit a month ago through my friend @Kemfon. He introduced me to this platform by telling me about how the steemit platform has improved him academically, socially and financially. Recently, he has improved upon his creative writing skills and was engaging in various social activities. When he told me about this community, I was delighted and eager to join. My name is Inimfon Michael but everyone calls me Ransome. I am 21 years old. I live with my family in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria. I am a student of the University of Uyo, Nigeria. I study Chemistry and I am currently in my final year.

My Area of Work

I am a full time student so I work only on weekends and holidays. I joined an entertainment brand called Goodfellaz Entertainment. In this brand we provide ushering service, event planning and management, modeling and MC (Master of Ceremony) services. I am an usher in this company. I usher at weddings, naming ceremonies, birthday parties, book launching, burial ceremonies, dinner parties and lots more. I love my job because I get to meet new people and it helps my social life. Also it does not conflict with my studies and I earn a decent pay.

My Experience with Cryptocurrency

I have no experience in cryptocurrency. The basic knowledge I have about it is that people buy coins when the price is low and sell when the price goes high so as to make profit. I am positive that with the help of the steemit platform, I am willing to learn all that there is to blockchain and cryptocurrency.

My hobbies include drawing, calligraphy, listening to good music, playing and watching football, reading and watching movies. I am very passionate about drawing, I sketch pictures with my pen during my free time and I intend to improve my drawing skills and techniques after my tertiary education. Steemit is a community with a lot of potential and I want to be a partaker. As someone who is optimistic and enthusiastic about what I love, I believe that sharing skills and creative ideas is one way to contribute to the communities growth.

My Expectations

I hope to get acquaintance in the world of drawing and calligraphy, meet like minds who could exchange great ideas as well as learn more about cryptocurrency and blockchain, hence attaining the cure to financial freedom.

My Embrace towards Life

Life is full of ups and downs. It all depends on your decision. When you fall, you can choose to stay down or you can choose to stand up and keep pushing. Nothing good comes easy. I have a purpose and to achieve this, I need to work hard, be patient and stay humble, eventually I will reap the fruits of my labour. Do unto others what you want others to do unto you. In the end, never forget those who in one way or the other sacrificed so that you can achieve success. Spend time with family and loved ones, never stop hoping that one day you will be able reach the heavens because the sky isn’t your limit. It’s just your starting point.
